Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep and repair of the property. Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa maintenance; respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders; conduct regular property inspections for safety/health code compliance; maintain curb appeal of grounds, exteriors, and common areas; collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks and coordinate with vendors; maintain accurate records of work performed; assist with vendor management and ensure work is scheduled and completed to company standards; participate in after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal; provide and maintain a basic set of personal tools within 30 days; follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines; collaborate with team to meet maintenance goals; monitor maintenance software to update task progress; demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year’s experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Must provide required tools within 30 days of employment
