Job Summary
Respond to resident work orders for leaks, door repairs, and plumbing fixes while diagnosing and maintaining HVAC systems. Repair broken items throughout the community, assist with apartment make-readies including painting and general upkeep, and maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and pressure washing. Complete accurate documentation for internal reporting, attend monthly safety meetings, and participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. This full-time on-site role involves standing, walking, and lifting regularly outdoors 66%–100% of the time. Some weekends may be required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications

- Lifting 10 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Ability to lift items exceeding 50 pounds with assistance from one or more individuals
