Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Respond to resident work orders for plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs while maintaining interior and exterior property upkeep. Prepare market-ready units, clean common areas, and perform general maintenance tasks including pressure-washing and painting. Document all service requests and community logs accurately, and conduct periodic safety inspections to identify risk management concerns. Attend monthly safety meetings and assist in grounds maintenance for amenities, pools, and laundry rooms. Full-time on-premise role requiring physical lifting and outdoor work; some weekends and on-call rotation may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Criminal screening
- Driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly
- Physical ability to lift 10 or more pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds with assistance from one or more people
- Availability for weekends based on business needs
- On-call rotation availability
