Maintenance Technician responsible for interior and exterior repairs and upkeep across apartment communities, responding to resident work orders (leaks, hinges, locks), plumbing (toilets, sinks, drains), electrical work (wires, plugs, switches), general repairs, groundskeeping, cleaning, painting curbs and signage, documentation for internal reports, routine safety and property inspections, and attending monthly safety meetings; requires willingness to learn, basic tool knowledge, and ability to lift 10+ pounds; on-site role in Clarksville, TN with full-time schedule and weekend/on-call requirements; benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and rental discounts.
