Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of tools, household appliances, and structures
- Driver's license (except for Groundskeeper depending on community size)
- Pre-employment drug screening

Additional Requirements
- Physical ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly throughout the day
- Must be able to lift 10 or more pounds regularly, weights exceeding 50 pounds require assistance from others
