Job Summary
Maintenance Technician II responsible for preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, using CMMS to support TPM; leads installation, relocation, and troubleshooting of production equipment; performs electrical wiring, pneumatics, PLCs, servo motors; installs electrical circuits with LOTO/Hot Work/PPE; conducts PMs and unscheduled repairs; coordinates with internal/external technicians and vendors for CNC machines; assists in developing PMs; ensures safety and regulatory compliance; engages in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives; capable of working with minimal supervision and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, e.g. vocational training
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment
- Background in electrical circuits
- Tool repair experience preferred
- Lean manufacturing environment preferred
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Certified Electrician preferred
- LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: English - verbal and written; any other languages preferred
