Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role at Charter Next Generation (CNG) with employee ownership; rotating 3-4 day schedule on a 5:00am–5:00pm shift. Responsibilities include driving forklift, operating the Maintenance Software System (MVP), managing extrusion/finishing/recycling filters, using Excel, coordinating with Production, maintaining a clean work environment, and tracking materials/run inventory. Requires 12-hour shifts with ability to lift up to 65 pounds, basic mechanical aptitude, good communication, willingness to learn in a technical setting, and passing a pre-employment drug screen. Preferred: 3-5 years of mechanical maintenance, basic computer knowledge, and prior manufacturing experience.
