Job Summary
Execute repair work-orders for residential homes, handling drywall, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance fixes. Maintain curb appeal by clearing lawns, sidewalks, and parking lots of debris, and perform snow removal and salting for resident safety. Collaborate with onsite Property Managers and Regional Supervisors to manage turn maintenance ensuring units are ready for new prospects. Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation for emergency services. Charger Properties offers comprehensive training in the trades to support resident safety and community standards.
