Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with repairs and preventive maintenance across the property. Key responsibilities include maintaining the property’s appearance, troubleshooting and repairing minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, preparing rental units to market-ready condition, and ensuring compliance with laundry and pool maintenance standards. The position may require participation in on-call emergencies and includes physical demands such as lifting up to 110 pounds and regular walking and standing.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Frequent standing and walking
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 110 pounds
- Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Pool certification preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Boiler certification if appropriate

- Driver must have reliable means of transportation
