Job Summary
Respond to resident work orders for repairs ranging from leaky faucets to door locks, and handle plumbing tasks including unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Install and repair wires, plugs, and switches while fixing broken or damaged items throughout apartment homes, laundry rooms, and common areas. Maintain grounds, pool areas, and amenities by picking up debris, pressure-washing breezeways, and performing general cleaning and painting as needed. Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests and internal reports, and assist in conducting routine property inspections to identify safety concerns. Attend monthly safety meetings and work in an environment requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Full-time on-premise role with some weekend availability and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment drug screening

- Driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly throughout the day
- Physical ability to lift 10 or more pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to accomplish weights exceeding 50 pounds with assistance from one or more people
- Willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of tools
- Basic knowledge of household appliances
- Basic knowledge of structures
- Ability to work outdoors 66%-100% of the time
- Availability for weekends based on business needs
- Ability to attend monthly safety meetings performed by the Property Manager
