Job Summary
Respond to resident work orders for plumbing repairs, electrical fixes, and general maintenance across apartment homes, pool areas, and common spaces. Repair broken fixtures, unclog drains, and assist in preparing units for new residents. Maintain grounds and amenities by cleaning debris, pressure-washing breezeways, and painting signage. Complete accurate documentation for service requests, internal reports, and community logs. Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety risks and communicate physical needs to management. Attend monthly safety meetings and perform general cleaning tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Criminal screening
- Driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and lift objects regularly throughout the day
- Physical ability to lift 10 or more pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 pounds with assistance from one or more people
- 66%-100% outdoor work environment
- Full Time schedule
- Availability for some weekends based on business needs
- On-Call Rotation
