Job Summary
Maintain safety, functionality, and upkeep of CFCE facilities by performing general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support), conducting routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, coordinating with external vendors, ensuring OSHA-compliance and CFCE policies, assisting with office moves and room reconfigurations, and documenting work orders and safety activities. Supports emergency procedures and participates in trainings; requires timely on-site presence and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience in building or facilities maintenance
- Technical certification in facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields (preferred)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Ability to pass background screening and fingerprinting
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 pounds as needed
