Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for preserving the property and supporting daily operations. Duties include monitoring HVAC systems, completing work orders via CMMS (Building Engines/Net Facilities) for interior/exterior repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, lighting, carpentry, and floor repairs; assisting with setup/takedown for events; maintaining records of maintenance programs and projects; ensuring safe, clean working environments; supporting sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives; and collaborating with the Facilities Manager/General Manager to meet property goals. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant experience, MS Office proficiency, CMMS experience, and the ability to work a varied schedule. This position is 100% in-office at Centennial with no remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as Maintenance Technician
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Building Engines/Net Facilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic repair/maintenance
