Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning facility equipment, buildings, and grounds as scheduled to preserve structural integrity and upkeep. Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas; repair minor issues in buildings and foundations (roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems); immediately report health, safety, or hazardous situations; monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary. Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and related skills to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures. HVAC certificate is helpful but not required. Requires at least three years of maintenance technician experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license.
