Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning of elevators, lobby, pool areas, spa, and restrooms, including chemical management, glass cleaning, and floor maintenance. Perform weekly inspections of plumbing, door locks, and parking lots for violations, while managing trash and sweeping stairwells. Execute limited unit interior maintenance calls for nuisance issues under 30 minutes and coordinate duties with assistant custodial staff. Be available for after-hour emergencies and lock-outs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Good driving record clear of significant violations
- Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
- Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
- Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools
