Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the plant while operating shop machinery such as drill presses, band saws, welders, and cutting torchs. Proactively identify and execute preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, manage work orders and parts inventory using a CMMS, and support plant safety standards within a collaborative team. Requires five years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical skills including PLC troubleshooting, DC drives, and 3-phase motors; ability to read schematics and blueprints. Required Qualifications
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or combination)
- Strong industrial electrical skills: PLC troubleshooting/repair, DC drives, 3-phase motors, 480V and below
- Ability to read and navigate electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or craft certifications a plus
