Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting; perform preventative maintenance; inspect property, common areas, and vacant units; respond quickly to emergencies; climb ladders and access rooftops and confined spaces; manage repair inventories; possess basic hand tools and a valid driver’s license with own transportation; background check required; requires high school diploma or GED and physical ability to perform manual maintenance tasks.
