Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structures while participating in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Troubleshoot service requests, inspect equipment for safety and operational readiness, and maintain tools and inventory. Prepare reports, logs, and service documentation, and assist with renovation projects as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. HVAC certification required with 4+ years of maintenance experience. Located in North Olmstead, OH.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification required- Type 2 or EPA Universal
- 4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or GED required
- Background check and E-Verify required
