Job Summary
Perform interior and exterior maintenance and repairs at multi-family properties under the supervision of the Property Manager. Responsibilities include upkeep of common areas (parking lots, trash enclosures, laundry rooms, community spaces, and carports), pressure washing, coordinating and participating in turnovers, responding to maintenance requests promptly (within 24 hours), actively participating in company-sponsored training seminars, and rotating after-hours on-call service. Requires high school diploma/ GED or related experience, at least three years of maintenance experience, ability to read and follow written instructions, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and strong customer service to residents. On-site role at Oroville, CA with benefits including education reimbursement and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of maintenance experience
- Property management maintenance experience preferred
- Able to read, understand and follow written instructions
- Ability to complete reports
