Job Summary
Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with repairs and preventive maintenance in residential apartments and public spaces. Responsibilities include keeping property clean, performing appliance maintenance, preparing units for market, maintaining laundry and pool areas, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Must be physically capable of handling maintenance tasks and willing to be available for emergencies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Frequent standing and walking
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair air conditioning and heating units
- Proven ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- Boiler certification
