Maintenance Technician needed at Calyx Senior Living for an assisted living community in Wakefield. This hands-on role covers upkeep and repair of buildings, grounds, and support equipment, ongoing preventative maintenance, routine work orders, building safety programs, and after-hours on-call emergencies.
