Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for Calypso at Greystar in Irvine, CA. Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing resident service work orders and preventative maintenance, making-ready vacant apartments, tracking inventory and materials, documenting work, assisting with grounds/cleaning tasks, and supporting cost-containment efforts. Requires 1+ years of related experience (EPA refrigerant certifications preferred), on-call and weekend availability, and appropriate licenses/certifications; includes housing discount eligibility and on-site pay of $27.50/hour with possible bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable to property)
- State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required
