Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. Responsible for maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment, including motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical components and 3-phase systems. Diagnose and repair control circuits and automated systems; perform preventative maintenance; support equipment installations and upgrades; ensure GMP/OSHA and food safety compliance. Requires reading blueprints/schematics and strong troubleshooting; 3+ years in manufacturing or food production; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; physically demanding environment. Bonus experience with PLC troubleshooting, CMMS, welding or fabrication. Competitive hourly pay with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification a plus.
