Job Summary
Maintenance Technician on the night shift (C shift, 7pm–7am, 12-hour nights with a 2-2-3 schedule) responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Duties include preventive maintenance on automatic assembly/packing and injection molding equipment, installation/debugging of production equipment and electrical/mechanical utilities, project work (kaizen/equipment improvements), root-cause analysis and quick downtime reduction, OSHA safety compliance, documentation of maintenance activities, and overtime/other shifts as required. Must perform safety-related tasks, communicate with other departments, and complete maintenance-related reports and work orders.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical diploma/degree with industrial maintenance discipline; or 5 years industrial maintenance experience with technical training covering electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, including electrical wiring, electronics, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics and basic motor control; fabrication equipment experience (milling machine, band saw) preferred; 1-3 years maintenance experience with automated assembly equipment and/or injection molding equipment preferred.
