Maintenance Technician (C shift- 7pm -7am)

Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment with a 12-hour night shift (7 pm - 7 am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Performs preventive maintenance on automatic assembly/packing and injection molding equipment, installs production equipment and electrical/mechanical utilities, troubleshoots and reduces downtime, documents maintenance activities, and collaborates with other maintenance staff while adhering to OSHA safety rules. Requires a two-year technical diploma in industrial maintenance or 5 years of maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge; preference for automation and injection molding experience.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical diploma/degree with industrial maintenance discipline
- or 5 years industrial maintenance experience with technical training including electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance (electrical wiring, electronics, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, basic motor control)
- Experience with fabrication equipment (milling m/c, band saw)
- Prefer 1 to 3 years maintenance experience with automated assembly equipment and/or injection molding equipment
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and project work as assigned
- Ability to install/repair equipment and work with PLC programming
- OSHA safety guidelines compliance
