Job Summary
Monitor property for repairs and replacements, complete work requests for common areas and units, and perform preventative maintenance. Assess and repair appliances as needed, assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, and maintain a safe work environment. Occasional on-call duties apply with a trip stipend provided if called back after regular hours. This role supports the general appearance and maintenance of the 136-unit Buzza Lofts of Uptown community within Dominium's mission to foster strong community connections through quality, affordable housing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
Desired Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
- HVAC and EPA experience preferred
- CPO certification preferred
