Maintenance Technician/Bus Driver

Job Summary
Perform routine building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, floor care, and appliance repairs. Complete service orders promptly while maintaining scheduled and unscheduled equipment upkeep, and repair vacated rooms for resident move-ins. Ensure walls, floors, doors, and woodwork in common areas remain well-maintained, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and communicate with local fire marshal, building inspector, and state elevator inspector. Work within legal scope of local and state codes. Requires two years of prior maintenance experience in senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel settings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of prior maintenance or handyman experience in a senior living, multi-apartment, or hotel setting
- A well-rounded general maintenance skillset, including experience with HVAC, drywall repair and texturing, carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, basic repairs, painting, floor care, and landscaping
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently, with good time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, tools, and machinery
