Maintenance Technician

Maintains physical integrity of company property and performs general repairs and maintenance across building systems such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical; supports safety, environmental initiatives, and emergency response; assists FMG; conducts inventory of tools and equipment; ensures safe, prompt, and professional completion of tasks; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in confined spaces, indoors and outdoors; communicates any unusual occurrences or damages and maintains professional relations with customers, vendors, contractors and teammates; adheres to company safety requirements and ethics.
