Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of apartment systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Must have own tools and a valid Driver's License. Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled. Tasks include training groundskeepers and entry-level technicians, inspecting property systems and preparing for inspections, winterizing facilities and pool equipment, turning over units, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining inventory and administering maintenance requests. College degree preferred; HVAC and EPA certification preferred; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred. Requires two years of maintenance experience (equivalent education/work experience acceptable).
