Job Summary
Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, and general maintenance issues while executing preventive maintenance duties. Complete all work orders and forms to ensure proper documentation of maintenance equipment operations. Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions. This role requires HVAC knowledge, three plus years of Maintenance Technician experience, and the ability to move heavy equipment safely. Candidates must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Background screening and drug test are required. Required Qualifications
- Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
- Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
- Ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
- Preferably in the apartment industry.
- Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
- This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
