Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of apartment equipment including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances. Performs on-site basic repairs, responds to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours when scheduled, trains Groundskeepers and entry-level Maintenance Technicians, conducts inspections and prepares properties for regulatory reviews, performs preventive maintenance including winterizing facilities and pool equipment, conducts turnovers, and manages paperwork and inventory while ensuring safety and compliance with HUD/LIHTC and other housing programs. Must have own tools and be able to move heavy equipment; typically working at Island Grove Apartments and University Plaza in Greeley, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years maintenance experience required
- HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
- College degree preferred
