Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and performing basic carpentry and general maintenance repairs. Duties include performing preventive maintenance, completing work orders and documentation for maintenance operations, and being available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7. Ideal candidates should hold a HVAC certification and have at least three years of relevant experience, along with skills in plumbing and electrical work.

- 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience
- Experience in plumbing
- Experience in electrical work
- Experience in carpentry
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely
