Job Summary
Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, performing electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and drywall repairs, completing resident service requests and turns/make-readies, conducting preventive maintenance, maintaining grounds and common areas, and participating in on-call rotations at Coventry Apartments in Huntsville, AL. Must have EPA Type II or Universal Certification and HVAC experience; duties emphasize on-site maintenance, safety compliance (OSHA, Fair Housing), and providing reliable, quality service to residents.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC experience required
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification REQUIRED
- EPA Certification REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry and drywall repairs
- On-call rotation
- Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
