Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Complete resident service requests, prepare vacant apartments, and perform preventive maintenance and property inspections. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues while maintaining grounds, buildings, and community amenities. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, strictly following all safety policies and company procedures. Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation for emergencies. Requires high school diploma, multifamily maintenance experience, and EPA Certification.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
  • Basic hand tools
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous maintenance experience (multifamily strongly preferred)
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) strongly preferred
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general building maintenance
  • Bilingual candidates
