Complete apartment service requests and repairs, preparing vacant units for new residents. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems while helping manage community grounds and amenities. Participate in an on-call rotation and adhere to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards. Requires EPA Certification, 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience, and HVAC expertise with pool experience. Full-time role with consistent hours and a supportive leadership team within an established multifamily company.
