Job Summary
Conduct HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery repairs and installations within the apartment community. Perform drywall/plaster repairs, install doors and fixtures, and maintain chillers, pumps, and fans. Provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues and completing assigned tasks. Requires 1-2 years of commercial property experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and valid driver's license. Must work weekends and possess strong communication skills in English.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience (to offset minimum educational requirements)
- Valid driver's license (depending on property needs)
