Job Summary
Conduct HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs and installations across apartment communities. Maintain machinery including chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. Perform drywall/plaster repairs and painting. Provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues. Requires 1-2 years of commercial or multi-unit residential property experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and preferred certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. Required Qualifications
