Job Summary
Conduct HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery repairs, replacements, and installations across the apartment community. Perform drywall/plaster repairs, install doors and fixtures, and maintain chillers, pumps, and fans. Provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues and working within a team environment. Requires 1-2 years of commercial property experience, a high school diploma, and valid driver's license. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work weekends. Computer literacy and clear English communication essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position
