Job Summary
Conduct repairs, replacements, and installations for HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery systems within the apartment community. Perform drywall/plaster repairs, install doors and fixtures, and maintain chillers, pumps, and fans. Provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues and completing assigned tasks. This role requires a High School Diploma/GED, 1-2 years of experience in multi-unit residential property, and computer literacy. Weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience (to offset minimum educational requirements)
- Valid driver's license (depending on the needs of the property)
- Self-motivated
