Job Summary
Perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery repairs and installations across apartment communities. Execute drywall/plaster repairs, install doors and fixtures, maintain chillers and pumps, and replace lighting or wiring components. Provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues and completing assigned tasks. Must possess 1-2 years of commercial or multi-unit residential experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and valid driver's license. Schedule includes weekend availability; compensation ranges from $21.86 to $30.60 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience (to offset minimum educational requirements)
- Valid driver's license (depending on the needs of the property)
