Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery systems within apartment communities. Perform repairs, replacements, and installations for sinks, toilets, faucets, doors, shelves, and lighting while maintaining chillers, belts, pumps, and fans. Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication in English, with multilingual skills a plus. May work weekends and require a valid driver's license. Requires 1-2 years of commercial or multi-unit residential experience, a High School Diploma/GED, and computer literacy. Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $20.75 to $29.05 hourly.
Required Qualifications

- 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements for this position
