Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes. Perform tasks across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair; diagnose and maintain HVAC units; replace and repair appliances, fixtures, and fixtures; handle minor electrical work; manage locks and doors; operate tools; assist with grounds and pool upkeep; coordinate via maintenance software; available full-time 9 AM–6 PM; requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience and EPA/HVAC licensing; benefits and career growth emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or an EPA/HVAC license
- Available Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
- Ability to perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and related maintenance tasks
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and diagnose HVAC units, replace filters, and clean coils
- Ability to repair or replace kitchen appliances and fixtures
- Knowledge of electrical fixtures and switches; capability for lock changes and door hardware work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools; ability to maintain maintenance shop and inventory
- Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance requests
