Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests from residents and associates by performing repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and painting. Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents while ensuring proper storage of all maintenance supplies. Continuously monitor community areas and grounds to maintain safety standards. Assist team members in setting up activities and events at the community. Prioritize a positive attitude and readiness to handle a variety of tasks in this essential role within our senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- prior Maintenance, Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience
