Maintenance Technician

Respond to maintenance requests from residents and associates while performing repairs on faucets, light fixtures, and general community upkeep. Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents, ensure proper storage of supplies, and continuously monitor all areas to maintain safety standards. Assist team members in setting up community activities and events. This role requires prior experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial work and a positive attitude for supporting our senior living community.
