Job Summary
Respond to maintenance requests from residents and associates, performing repairs on faucets, light fixtures, and other community systems. Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents while ensuring proper storage of all supplies. Continuously monitor areas and grounds to maintain safety standards, assist with team activities and events, and help implement safety protocols. This role supports the daily operations of Brightview Senior Living communities, contributing to resident well-being and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- prior Maintenance, Housekeeping and/or Janitorial experience
