Job Summary
Conduct scheduled maintenance support across multiple New Creations childcare locations, performing drywall patching, painting, light plumbing, HVAC repairs, and grounds upkeep including weed control and parking lot repairs. Prioritize and complete maintenance requests submitted through the Maintenance Ticket system after checking in with the Site Director upon arrival. Drive between sites, repairing or assembling classroom furniture, cribs, toys, and kitchen equipment while maintaining playground structures for safety. Communicate respectfully with center staff and leadership to minimize disruptions while ensuring all facilities remain free of licensing violations. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to work independently in active childcare environments.
Required Qualifications
- General knowledge of facility maintenance, tools, and safety
- Experience with drywall, painting, light plumbing, and grounds upkeep
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
