Job Summary
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry work, and landscaping. Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools. Assist with the installation of new machinery or equipment and maintain inventory of supplies. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment while collaborating with team members to complete projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs
- Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
