Job Summary
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, doors, and general building equipment. Use hand and power tools to complete repairs, respond to maintenance requests, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Troubleshoot issues, prioritize work orders, and follow all safety procedures while assisting outside contractors as needed. Ensure a safe and functional work environment through diligent facility upkeep.
