Job Summary
Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs while performing routine inspections of units, common areas, and building systems. Troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly, assist with HVAC filter changes and smoke detector replacements, and prepare vacant units for new residents through cleaning, painting, and fixture replacement. Support scheduled preventive maintenance programs, maintain accurate logs, and respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule. Adhere to OSHA standards and HUD, LIHTC, and ADA compliance protocols while interacting with residents and coordinating with vendors.
