Maintenance Technician

Execute daily work orders and service calls for resort infrastructure, including pool care, boiler room water chemical testing, air conditioning heat changeovers, and guest room maintenance. Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment, conduct water system inspections, repair food service equipment, and manage snow removal. Maintain accurate logs of routine work, time and material repair billing records, and all maintenance performed. Requires valid driver's license and working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Full-time year-round position with free golf, ski, and water park passes.
